Coming back to your senses

Here is a short and lovely little meditation suggested by Lama Surya Das:

Breathe
Breathe again.
Smile.
Relax.
Arrive
Where you are.
Be natural.
Open to effortlessness,
To being
Rather than doing.
Drop everything.
Let go.
Enjoy for a moment
This marvelous joy of meditation.

Do this as often as you remember and notice the difference it makes. We all need a little help to get back to our senses sometimes 🙂
