Peace, silence and kindness

As most of you know, I’ll be away till just after Christmas and I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I’m looking forward to further exciting and moving explorations and reflections in 2014. You continue to amaze me with your courage, inspire me with your hard work, delight me with your insights, and touch me with your kindness and generosity.

You keep restoring my faith in the human species.

Thank you…

I will leave you with this wise, ancient Chinese proverb:

Grant yourself a moment of peace,

And you will understand

How foolishly you have scurried about

Learn to be silent,

And you will notice that

You have talked too much

Be kind,

And you will realise that

Your judgment of others was too severe

Otherwise just enjoy it or endure it. It’ll all be over soon.
